Here you will find all important information and to-dos concerning your trade fair appearance at MedtecLIVE with T4M. Please also note the deadlines for service orders and booking of marketing services.

Information about your participation in MedtecLIVE with T4M

  • Your personal exhibitor area
    In your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area: 
    • Your participation at a glance
      Here you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
    • Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
      Here you can register your stand space, find an overview of your registration and stand data and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
    • Online ExhibitorShop
      Here you order everything for your succesful trade fair appearance, find important information as well as permits and the stand construction checklist. You can create a partner login for stand builders/agencies so that they can order services themselves. In addition, you have insight into the order history of your booked services and a document overview.
    • TicketCenter
      Here you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers easily and efficiently.

  • Login data
    To access your personal exhibitor area, you will receive your login data by e-mail after registering as a new exhibitor. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After the first registration you will therefore be asked to change the password. 
    If you were an exhibitor at the previous MedtecLIVE with T4M 2022, you already have a personalized login, which is still valid.
    In addition, we will also send you your login data as part of the stand space confirmation.
  • Your stand position
    You will find your stand position in the stand space confirmation, which we will send you by e-mail at the end of January. If you register as an exhibitor after the end of January, you will receive the stand space confirmation within 7 working days of receipt of your registration.
  • Invoice
    You will receive the invoice for your stand space at MedtecLIVE with T4M approx. 14 days after the stand space confirmation by e-mail from the e-mail address invoice@medteclive.com. Please note that the stand area as well as the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced via MedtecLIVE GmbH. 
    Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse. You will receive separate invoices for these if necessary. If you are not sure whether an invoice sender is a ServicePartner of NürnbergMesse, please contact us.
     
  • Invitation code for customers 
    Use your free voucher codes to invite your customers. You will receive your code, which can be redeemed an unlimited number of times, by e-mail as part of the stand confirmation. You can use this code on your website, in your e-mail signature or newsletters, for example. 
    One-time redeemable voucher codes can be ordered and sent in our TicketCenter. All codes are free of charge for you and your customers.
    As part of the monitoring function, the TicketCenter also gives you the opportunity to see to whom you have already sent codes and whether or not they have already been redeemed. This gives you an ideal overview of your invitation management.

  • Assembly and dismantling times

    Assembly:

    Friday 19 – Monday 22 May 2023, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM each day

     

    Dismantling:

    Thursday, 25 May 2023, 4:00 PM - 12:00 PM

    Friday, 26 May 2023, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

     

    Should you require extended assembly or dismantling, you can enquire about availability with us and book for a fee if necessary

     

    Booked exhibition stands whose construction has not been started by Monday (last day of construction), May 22, 2023, 3:00 PM., will be designed by the organizer, unless otherwise informed. Any costs arising from this will be borne by the exhibitor.

     

Your to-do's at a glance

  • Book stand construction as of now

    You can book complete rental stands from NürnbergMesse directly as part of online stand registration. Alternatively, we will be pleased to send you all information and booking forms by e-mail. Please send us your request by e-mail. From the end of January, it will be possible to book complete rental stands in the Online ExhibitorShop. For individual stand construction solutions, please contact us.

  • Organization of arrival, hotel and stay as of now
    Take advantage of our special conditions. Click here to go to the NürnbergMesse online booking service.
  • Registration of co-exhibitors in the online stand application as of now
    Log in to your exhibitor area with your personal access data and register your co-exhibitors by 31 March 2023.
  • Booking marketing services from the end of January
    Be the focus of trade visitors - before, during and after the trade show. Book the services you require in the Online ExhibitorShop. This will be activated when the stand space confirmation is sent out at the end of January.
  • Order services from the end of January
    Suspension points, power connection, compressed air, water connection, stand construction as well as freight forwarding, working platforms, security, cleaning, hostesses, catering, WLAN, stand parties, etc. You can book all services for a successful MedtecLIVE with T4M in our Online ExhibitorShop. This will be activated when the stand space confirmation is sent out at the end of January. Please also note the deadlines for orders listed in the store and below!
  • Invite your customers from the end of January

  • Fill in stand design checklist (stand construction permit) from the end of January
    For submitting your stand design and plans please use our checklist stand design in the Online ExhibitorShop (on the right side). Please be aware that we do not grant any separate approvals. The observance of the technical regulations is mandatory. The checklist serves as assistance in showing possible problems regarding the stand construction.
    You can find the technical regulations also in the Online ExhibitorShop under "Information and Regulations". Compliance with the guidelines and regulations is mandatory and will be checked on-site by NürnbergMesse during assembly time. 
  • Order and personalize exhibitor passes / assembling and dismantling passes from the end of January
    Register exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and assembling and dismantling passes for your assembling and dismantling team at the TicketCenter.
    Exhibitor passes are valid during the duration of the trade fair and during assembly and dismantling; assembling and dismantling passes only authorize access during assembly and dismantling.
  • Maintaining your exhibitor profile from mid-February
    Create your informative online company profile. For this purpose, you will receive a link to edit your profile from us in mid-February or approx. 14 days after the stand space confirmation has been sent out.
