Important information about your participation in MedtecLIVE

In your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area: 

  • Your participation at a glance
    Here you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
  • Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
    Here you can register your stand space, find an overview of your registration and stand data and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
  • Online ExhibitorShop - from the beginning of December 2025
    Here you order marketing services for your succesful trade fair appearance and have access to the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal (SMS), where you can order all services such as electricity and water connections, catering, personnel and cleaning. In addition, you have insight into the order history of your booked services and a document overview.
  • TicketCenter - from the beginning of December 2025
    Here you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers easily and efficiently.

Suspension points, power connections, compressed air, water connections as well as freight forwarding, working platforms, security, cleaning, hostesses, catering, WLAN, stand parties, etc.  - you can book services for your successful appearance at MedtecLIVE 2026 in the Stuttgart Messe Service-Portal (SMS). You can access the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal from the beginning of December 2025 via the "Services" tile in our Online ExhibitorShop.

Please also note the deadlines for orders listed in the store and below!

You will find the login data for your personal exhibitor area in your stand space confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail at the beginning of July 2025 or at the latest 14 days after registration. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After logging in for the first time, you will therefore be asked to change the password. 
If you have problems logging in to the exhibitor area, you can renew your password at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.

Please note that the online Online ExhibitorShop, the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal (SMS) and the TicketCenter will not be accessible via the exhibitor area until December 2025.

You will find your specific stand location, including stand size, shape and number  and the link to the hall plan in the stand space confirmation which you will receive by e-mail in early July 2025 or at the latest 14 days after registration.

You will receive the invoice for your stand space at MedtecLIVE in January 2026 from the e-mail address invoice@medteclive.com. Please note that the stand area as well as the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service and eco surcharge) will be invoiced via MedtecLIVE GmbH. Marketing services will also be invoiced separately via MedtecLIVE GmbH or Sign Service Stuttgarter Werbetechnik GmbH, which is responsible for on-site marketing services.
Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by Landesmesse Stuttgart. You will receive separate invoices for these if necessary. If you are not sure about the sender of an invoice please do not hesitate to contact us.

You would like to invite your customers? - No problem! 
You will receive your free voucher code by e-mail at the beginning of December 2025. If you register later, you will receive the code directly in your stand space confirmation, no later than 14 days after registration. The voucher code is redeemable up to 999 times. If this is not enough for you, please feel free to contact us!

All codes are free of charge for you and your customers.
Via the TicketCenter you also have the possibility to see which voucher codes have already been redeemed as part of the monitoring function. 
This gives you an ideal overview of your invitation management.
You can access the TicketCenter from the beginning of December 2025 via our exhibitor area.

Assembly:

Saturday 02 – Monday 04 May 2026    7:00 AM - 8:00 PM each day

Dismantling:

Thursday 07 May 2026                            4:00 PM - 12:00 PM
Friday 08 - Saturday 09 May 2026         7:00 AM - 8:00 PM each day

Do you need an extended assembly oder an extended dismantling? You are welcome to request and book this via the Stuttgart Messe Service-Portal (SMS) for a fee. You can access this from the beginning of December 2025 via the "Services" tile in our Online ExhibitorShop.

Booked exhibition stands whose construction has not been started by Monday (last day of construction), May 04, 2026, 3:00 PM, will be designed by the organizer, unless otherwise informed. Any costs arising from this will be borne by the exhibitor.

To enter the loading yards at Messe Stuttgart with trucks or cars, you must book slots via the truck call-off system "VisiFair". The system is used to equalize logistics traffic during set-up and dismantling. Slots can be booked from approx. six weeks before the start of assembly. We will provide you with detailed information here in good time.

Your to-do's at a glance

Please note: please make your hotel booking early, as there is a high demand for hotel rooms in the Stuttgart area due to three parallel events taking place at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center.

You can book complete rental stands from the beginning of December 2025 via the Online ExhibitorShop.
We will provide you with detailed information here in good time.

You can apply for approval of your stand construction in the Stuttgart Messe Service Portal (SMS). You can access this from the beginning of December 2025 via the Online ExhibitorShop (tile "Services").

Approval of stand construction is always required if:

  • the building height exceeds 3.50 m
  • the floor space exceeds 30 m2
  • stands have closed ceilings
  • for special structures

The observance of the technical regulations is mandatory.

Deadline for stand construction approval: 8 weeks before start of construction, March 07, 2026 at the latest.

(Orders received later than 8 weeks prior to the start of stand construction can only be placed on request. In addition, a processing fee is charged for stand construction approvals submitted subsequently.)

Be the focus of trade visitors - before, during and after the trade show. Book the services you require from the beginning of Decemer 2025 in the Online ExhibitorShop. You can already find an overview of the bookable services in the overview of marketing services.

Easily maintain your online exhibitor profile yourself and increase your visibility with your company profile and interesting posts!

To help you maintain your profile, you will receive an e-mail from our partner Conteo containing a link at the beginning of December 2025 that gives you access to your online profile. The sender of the e-mail is servicedesk@conteo.io. Please make sure that you can receive e-mails from this sender address and check your spam folder if necessary. 

You can enter, add or change information at any time and publish it in real time. In addition to your company profile, your registration for MedtecLIVE includes two posts. Use these to publicise your innovations, new products and products to attract further attention.

Please note: The exhibitor profiles of already registered exhibitors will be taken online from the beginning of July 2025. If you have already participated in MedtecLIVE 2024, you can update your profile at any time using your existing login. As a new exhibitor, please send us your logo and a brief description to medteclive@nuernbergmesse.de. We will store the basic information for you. From the beginning of December 2025, you will be able to complete your exhibitor profile yourself. The creation of posts will be open to all exhibitors from the beginning of December 2025.

Register exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and assembling and dismantling passes for your assembling and dismantling team at the TicketCenter from the beginning of December 2025.
Exhibitor passes are valid during the duration of the trade fair and during assembly and dismantling; assembling and dismantling passes only authorize access during assembly and dismantling.

Assembling and dismantling passes are free of charge. After the event, you will only be charged EUR 25.00 (net) per exhibitor pass for the exhibitor passes actually used, less the free quota.

Important deadlines

February 28, 2026: Application Deadline for main exhibitors

March 07, 2026: Application for stand construction approval (mandatory for stand areas > 30 m2), then only with a surcharge of 60% or 100%.
