Industrialization partner for filters, sieves and screens
We industrialize and produce customized filters, sieves and screens using plastic injection molding.
The geometries and designs of the filter screens can be tailored to individual customer requirements and applications.
When selecting the plastic, the application and the requirements for the plastic part are decisive. We process all common polymers from PE, PP, ABS, PC, POM, PBT, PA, PPA, PPS to PEEK.
We process all common types of fabric with materials, mesh sizes, and thread or wire diameters adapted to the application. We mainly focus on stainless steel and plastic fabrics. We also use galvanized filter foils, nonwoven and membrane materials.
For certain applications, the fabric material can also be replaced by an injection-molded filter structure. The design of injection-molded filter structures with web widths and openings depends on the part design, application, and plastic material.
