Admission requirements
MedtecLIVE is reserved for professionals from the medical technology sector. As a visitor, you do not have to prove your industry affiliation, however.
Please note that – as at all trade fairs – a direct sale to end consumers is not possible.
No, MedtecLIVE is only open to visitors aged 18 and over.
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring pets with you. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are, of course, an exception to this rule.

Please pay attention to the local signs.
There are 6,700 parking spaces available directly at the exhibition grounds. In addition, the adjacent airport car parks can be used.
Thanks to the dynamic parking guidance system, it is easy to find the nearest free parking space. Travellers simply follow the electronic displays along the roadway. A special highlight: parking in the Bosch multi-storey car park directly above the motorway.
Barrier-free parking spaces are available at the lower end of the Bosch multi-storey car park, as well as in the multi-storey car park at the east entrance.

Lockers do not exist for security reasons. Luggage can be left at the cloakroom.

Messe Stuttgart was designed to be barrier-free for people with disabilities with the assistance of a specialist advisory committee.

In addition, there is an information desk and a cash desk for wheelchair users at the West and East entrances.

The organizer provides each exhibitor with marketing services containing the following services:
- Voucher code (electronic admission voucher code) – can be exchanged unlimited and only online. Admission vouchers exchanged by visitors for entrance tickets are not charged to the exhibitor.
- Further voucher codes can be created online in the TicketCenter (free of charge)
- Invitation management and voucher monitoring in our TicketCenter
- 1 free Lead Success App. LeadSuccess makes it possible to scan visitor tickets on site via tablet / smartphone and thus keep track of exhibition contacts
- Entry in the alphabetical list of exhibitors in the exhibition guide (print, issued free to all visitors).
The organizer provides each exhibitor with an online profile at www.medteclive.com – active even after the trade fair has ended – with the
following services. The exhibitor is solely responsible for the information and other materials provided by him for the exhibition directories, in particular images. He shall indemnify the organizer or the NürnbergMesse against all claims by third parties asserted in relation to the materials sent.
- Company profile: basic company information (name, address, contact details) as well as additional individualized information (e.g. logo, company description.
- Possibility to generate leads via the company profile as well as real-time statistics and lead dashboard
- 2 content-credits or product/service profiles: consisting of e.g. product description, pictures, identification as novelty..
- Entry of company name and stand number in the floor plans on the website.
- Link from the exhibition website to the exhibitor’s website. The exhibitor connects a return link.
The exhibitor also receives the following online advertising aids:
- License and free use of digital assets (e.g. logos, ads, text samples, banners, social media graphics, etc.) of MedtecLIVE (download section at www.medteclive.com)
The exhibitor agrees to purchase the marketing services at a price of EUR 890. This will be charged together with the stand rental. No reduction in price can be granted if only parts of the package are used.
The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges a fee of EUR 0.60 per square metre of exhibition space for the representation of your interests.
NürnbergMesse GmbH collects the corresponding amount to forward it to the AUMA.

As MedtecLIVE is purely a trade fair, the sale of exhibition goods at the stand is not permitted.
We ask for your understanding that no partially or full dismantling of a stand and products is possible before the official end of MedtecLIVE. The stand staff may also not be removed before the end of the exhibition. It is for the benefit of all the exhibitors that the exhibition runs free of disruption for its entire duration.
The organizer or the Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH can impose a contract penalty on the exhibitor for each case of contravention. The contract penalty amounts to 20% of the net stand rental, subject to a minimum of EUR 500. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude the exhibitor from exhibiting at future MedtecLIVE exhibitions.
Messe Stuttgart offers wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) Internet. As an exhibitor you can install your own WLAN network, however, subject to registration and a fee. You find the respective regulations on this issue in the Technical Guidelines of Messe Stuttgart (PDF, 415 KB).
