Over the last 40 years, Früh Verpackungstechnik AG has established a firm place for itself in packaging production and contract packaging. Our 700-strong team, based in Switzerland and the USA, solves even the most demanding packaging tasks for customers all over the world. With our new state-of-the-art packaging production facility, we manufacture ISO Class 7 or 8 flexible and rigid packaging as primary or secondary packaging for medical devices and pharmaceutical products under cleanroom conditions. As a provider of medical and pharmaceutical packaging solutions, we offer comprehensive services - from cleaning, assembly and packaging under ISO class 7 cleanroom conditions to the sterilization of implants.
As a global provider of medical contract packaging solutions, Früh Verpackungstechnik AG offers a full range of services - from final rinsing, assembly and packaging to the sterilization of implants.
In the pharmaceutical contract packaging sector, we offer our customers manual and automated assembly and packaging solutions, including serialization and aggregation. Complete traceability of the components used and up-to-date order documentation are a matter of course.
In the production of our packaging materials, we rely on the decades of experience of our packaging know-how. We develop the right packaging for and with our customers.
Our processes are validated and qualified. If required, contract packaging and packaging material production can take place under ISO 7 clean room conditions.
In film production, we manufacture modern composite films with and without barriers. Our range extends from sterilizable laminates for clinical nutrition (enteral and parenteral) and for the pharmaceutical sector, to peelable laminates for medical technology and films for stand-up pouches in various combinations. Our versatile infrastructure allows us to produce packaging under ISO Class 7 cleanroom conditions if required.
