Many engineered polymers form the basis of medical devices and Schivo have experience with processing all common polymer variants.
We have extensive experience machining products from simple polymers such as Nylon right up to engineered polymers such as Delrin and PEEK.
Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)
Schivo has in-house Additive Manufacturing (AM) capabilities in 11 polymers, from ASA to Ultem and use the Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) process which ensures excellent component quality in both physical characteristics and appearance. Additionally, we have partners that expand our polymer AM capabilities into Selective Laser Sintering, Polyjet and Stereolithography.
