MedtecLIVE with T4M: Medtech sector launches into spring event for 2022 with determination
Preparations for the first MedtecLIVE with T4M, to be held in Stuttgart from 3 to 5 May 2022, are in full swing: From now, exhibitors can register for the exhibition, initial details of the supporting programme have been established, and key industry associations have already committed to participate.

For suppliers of medical technology, from component manufacturers to machine and tool builders, consulting firms, software providers and OEMs, MedtecLIVE provides a key platform where it will finally be possible, once again, to interact in person and in one place, learn about the latest trends and establish new contacts with manufacturers and business partners. Effective immediately, interested companies can reserve their stand areas in Stuttgart. And those quickest off the mark can also enjoy an attractive early booking discount until 15 November.
In-person event with digital tools
“MedtecLIVE with T4M brings Europe’s Medtech community together, and with its unique focus on future-oriented themes, it encourages innovative ideas for the entire sector,” comments Christopher Boss, Executive Director MedtecLIVE at NürnbergMesse. “We are very pleased to be able to offer a truly singular event this coming spring, and have been overwhelmed by the amount of positive feedback we have received so far regarding MedtecLIVE with T4M!“Between now and the start of the event in May 2022, we will work together with our partners to refine the concept further, and true to the slogan “The best of two worlds” we will also incorporate digital tools and functions into the in-person exhibition experience.”
Prominent industry associations and clusters are lending their support to MedtecLIVE through their networks. Forum Medtech Pharma e.V., the VDMA Working Group Medical Technology and the Swiss Medtech trade association are on board as honorary sponsors.
“The VDMA Working Group Medical Technology represents suppliers at all points along the medical technology value chain,” observes Niklas Kuczaty, the Working Group’s Managing Director. “Given this broad spectrum, MedtecLIVE with T4M fits in perfectly with our own direction. We particularly welcome the fact that one central event will bring the sector together in Nuremberg and Stuttgart in alternation, instead of having two separate exhibitions. This solution bolsters the community, and together with our members we are looking forward to the opportunity for personal dialogue next May.”
Personal interaction with the community
Dr Jörg Traub, CEO of Forum MedTech Pharma e.V. and head of the Healthcare specialist field at Bayern Innovativ GmbH, is highly impressed with the overall concept: “We congratulate MedtecLIVE on its successful merger, which we strongly welcome. We are particularly pleased to be able to continue helping to structure the professional exhibition programme as honorary sponsor, and will actively work with other partners to turn it into reality.” His view of the shared future of the two events is equally positive: “We are particularly looking forward to being able to interact in person, which we hope will be possible once more by next spring.”Plenty of pavilions mean lots of variety
In addition to an extensive programme in multiple forums, multiple pavilions will assure lots of variety at MedtecLIVE with T4M. VDMA expects about 40 exhibitors at its pavilion, for example. There are also plans for a pavilion for Medical Mountains e.V. and a Bavarian pavilion under the aegis of Bayern Innovativ. Honorary sponsor Swiss Medtech will also offer an opportunity for joint attendance by companies from Switzerland.Interested companies and prospective visitors can obtain further information and register as exhibitors at www.medteclive.com.
