Complete rental stands are the cost-effective alternative to an individual stand and offer you the right solution for every purpose.

Book your stand individually according to your wishes. The services partners of Messe Stuttgart will plan and design your exhibition stand in collaboration with you.

Plan your exhibition appearance with your stand construction company
Are you working with your own stand construction company? You can book all services and options for your stand equipment via the Stuttgart Messe Service-Portal (SMS). You can access this via the Online ExhibitorShop (tile "Services").
Technical equipment & logistics
In addition to the equipment and services listed below, you can book many other services for your trade fair appearance in the Online ExhibitorShop (tile "Services").

The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 3:00 p.m. of the last assembly day. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during set-up and dismantling is only possible with separate passes. These are not valid for the duration of the event.
Important note: Please note that there is a general ban on smoking throughout the exhibition grounds. Smoking is only permitted in the specially marked areas.
