In medical technology, I am attracted by the diversity of the disciplines involved - bringing technologies successfully into the clinic requires not only sector-specific knowledge, but also interdisciplinary communication.

Sebastian Dörrich

2nd place Sebastian Dörrich

Alexander Schneider

3rd place Alexander Schneider

Medical technology has fascinated me since a very early age. When I was a little boy, I broke my metatarsal and an X-ray machine made it easy to visualise the fracture without much effort. How such medical devices work has caught my interest ever since.
