The MedtecLIVE Startup Contest 2026 brings innovations to the big stage. On May 5, 2026, in Stuttgart, selected, visionary startups will present their groundbreaking ideas to a high-caliber jury and an international audience of experts.

Experience young companies that, with innovative technologies and fresh approaches, demonstrate what the medtech industry of tomorrow could look like. The pitch contest takes place from 2:30–4:30 p.m., followed by the awards ceremony from 4:30–5:00 p.m. A select group of startups will present their solutions or products in short pitches and will then be available to answer questions from the high-caliber jury and the audience.
