FORCETEQ® Force Measurement Technology
With the worldwide unique, patented Forceteq® force-displacement measurement technology, forces can be measured directly with the XENAX® Xvi servo controller, without external sensors and evaluation devices.
Inserted parts always have slight height differences. To compensate for this, a "touch position" is typically detected and the force-displacement measurement is started from this starting point. With Forceteq® technology, it is possible for the first time to perform comprehensive quality control during the running process.
With Forceteq® force measurement technology, force can be checked during the production process. Force-displacement diagrams can be captured and recorded for traceability.
