Q vix Pivot is the outcome of Sensofar’s wide experience in stent inspection technologies, taking a leap forward in the inspection of flared and contoured devices and solving the challenge of inspecting non-cylindrical geometries.
Q vix Pivot gives the ability to evaluate the shape-setting process from the measured profile of the devices. Measuring the different diameters along the profile and the angles within the device’s shape can help to keep the shape-setting process under control.
Its powerful SensoINSPECT software can automatically find the positions for automatic measurements of strut width in the completely focused image that has been acquired, providing immediate and accurate results.
The flexibility of Q vix Pivot allows the inspection of samples with contoured geometries and revolution symmetry. It is possible to obtain entirely focused images of samples with slopes in their profile up to 45 degrees and with a maximum OD of 40mm.
