Variety of plastics
A wide variety of polymers are used in manufacturing – from standard materials such as PE, PP and ABS to high-performance plastics such as PPS and PEEK. This ensures that the right material with the required mechanical, thermal or chemical properties is selected for each application.
Integration of filter materials
We process all common types of fabric with application-specific mesh sizes, thread or wire diameters. The focus is on plastic and stainless steel meshes, supplemented by galvanised filter foils, nonwovens and membrane materials. Depending on requirements, the fabric is precisely embedded into the plastic component.
Alternative: Moulded filter structures
In certain applications, a filter structure manufactured directly using injection moulding replaces the mesh material. The design of the web widths and openings depends on the part design, material and area of application. This allows very fine, stable and reproducible structures to be created.
