Films for packaging sterile goods

Thin, lightweight and environmentally friendly: Früh Cleanfilm® is the contemporary answer to the increasing demand for practical, safe and high-quality packaging materials for the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. Sterile goods must be optimally protected so that their functionality and sterility remain unrestricted until use.

To meet these high standards, we produce flat films, tubular films and composite films under strictly controlled ISO Class 8 clean room conditions and also comply with Chinese GMP guidelines. Using state-of-the-art machine technology, we manufacture composite films in various material combinations – precisely tailored to the product, area of application and individual customer requirements.

In the field of foil printing, we ensure a convincing and reliable product appearance. Our high-performance printing infrastructure enables us to produce outer and intermediate layer printing of the highest quality. We offer flexographic printing in up to 6 colours (in-house) and gravure printing in up to 10 colours including varnish – naturally under ISO 8 clean room conditions.

Film lamination is carried out on state-of-the-art equipment using solvent-based or solvent-free technology, depending on requirements. This results in peelable, sterilisable and high-barrier composites, FFS films and tubular laminates for a wide range of applications.

For roll cutting, we use contactless web cleaning, which ensures additional hygiene and safety. This process also takes place in the clean room, so that you receive the films as flawless rolls.

On request, we can also manufacture the appropriate bags from the roll stock, including peel bags, stand-up pouches, overwraps, infusion bags, sealed-edge bags and 5-seam bags. Each solution is product-specific and tailored to customer requirements – for packaging that meets the highest safety, quality and sustainability standards.
