Früh Cleanpeel®
Cleanpeel® represents reliable peel pouch solutions for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging in medical technology. They provide a sterile barrier, are easy to open thanks to optimized peel seams, and can be vacuum-sealed for increased transport safety.
Manufactured in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms and validated according to ISO 11607, they are ideal for gamma and X‑ray sterilization. Delivered double-packed for cleanroom transfer – with a shelf life of up to 7 years.
Früh Cleantray®
Cleantray® represents robust, dimensionally stable blister packs made of plastic – ideal for securely fixing and presenting sensitive MedTech and pharma products. Manufactured in ISO Class 7 cleanrooms on qualified equipment, the precisely fitting packs are produced by thermoforming materials such as PETG, PETGAG, PP, or APET.
With validated processes, CAD design, 3D printing, and 3D measurement technology, we ensure dimensional accuracy and quality – right up to the sterilizable final packaging with optimal product protection.
Früh Cleanfilm®
Cleanfilm® represents high-quality flat films, tubing, and laminate films, manufactured under ISO Class 8 cleanroom conditions. Whether FFS film, peel laminate, or films with various barrier properties – our materials meet the highest requirements for sterility, product protection, and further processing.
Thanks to state-of-the-art printing and laminating technologies, we implement customized film solutions exactly according to your specifications. At the end of the process, our slitting system with contact-free web cleaning ensures maximum hygiene and safety – ideal for the production of demanding bag and film systems.
Früh Cleanpouch®
Cleanpouch® refers to our (sterilizable) pouches for medical and pharmaceutical applications – e.g., for enteral nutrition or as overwrap (secondary packaging) for infusion bags (IV bags). These pouches are lightweight, robust, and resource-efficient, manufactured in ISO Class 7 or 8 cleanrooms under validated processes.
