nextPACK AG is a packaging company that specializes in environmentally friendly transport packaging made from honeycomb cardboard. But why honeycomb cardboard? It has many advantages and can be used in many different ways due to its composition. Thanks to various processing techniques such as scoring, molding or the so-called "V-score", it can be individually shaped and enables a wide range of possible applications. Its low weight, combined with high bending and compressive strength, facilitates the packaging process and the packaged goods are optimally protected and secured. The surface load-bearing capacity of honeycomb board is up to 5 kg per cm². However, honeycomb cardboard is not the only material that nextPACK uses for its packaging solutions. The experts at nextPACK develop ideal combinations of honeycomb cardboard, recycled PE foam and wood. This material mix is particularly important for the medical environment, as it can be precisely adapted and thus also optimally protects delicate and sensitive devices, such as medical measuring and display devices, from shocks or vibrations.

The in-house development and processing of all our solutions enables us to implement our customers' requirements quickly and efficiently. Packaging concepts are developed using modern design programs on a 2D or 3D basis. The digital process enables us to communicate quickly with our customers and we can accelerate the project from the concept sketch to the moving image of the planned packaging process and implement it promptly.
