Hepako GmbH from Raisting am Ammersee (Germany) has been a contract manufacturer specializing in the production of high-precision rubber parts since it was founded in 1976.
The focus of the product portfolio is on three areas:
Micro parts: Miniaturization is penetrating more and more areas of life and industry. Hepako GmbH recognized the associated demands on rubber parts at an early stage. The company is therefore able to produce even the most complex shapes (bores with a diameter of 0.2 mm; wall thicknesses of 0.1 mm etc.) for very small parts.
Complex molded articles: Due to its history, Hepako GmbH is a specialist in realizing complex, technically demanding shapes and very tight tolerances.
Composite parts: In many areas, the bonding of rubber with other materials is of great importance. Hepako GmbH offers the combination of rubber with various materials such as metal, ceramic or plastic, thus opening up innovative possibilities.
The parts can be produced from all common rubber materials. Examples of possible materials are solid silicone (VMQ) and liquid silicone (LSR), fluorosilicone, EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM, FFKM etc.
The manufactured articles are used in various applications in industry and medicine. Accordingly, the company is certified according to ISO 13485.
Hepako GmbH exclusively manufactures customer-specific parts. It covers the entire range from sample production to mass production.
