About us
Medical technology is a central component of healthcare and a driver of innovation in the healthcare industry. Funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) is geared towards healthcare needs, aims to maximise patient benefit and promotes cooperation between all stakeholders. To ensure that this remains the case, the BMBF relies on targeted funding.
The interaction between innovators and clinical users is of central importance for the innovative strength of medical technology. The industry-in-clinic platforms, which are supported by the BMBF, are represented on site and welcome interested parties. Their valuable experience will be incorporated into the panel discussions taking place on Wednesday and Thursday.
