The "Basic" package ensures that everyone who knows your company will notice you online.
Highlights: Various logo placements, e.g.

Goal: New Customers
With the "Extended" package, you not only reach existing customers but actively generate new leads before the trade fair.
Highlights: Thanks to advanced lead generation, you can see who is interacting with your content. To maximize the number of leads, you can publish more content, which will be displayed more prominently.
Goal: Prominence
With the "Premium" package, you not only generate as many leads as possible, but also ensure that visitors perceive your company as a key player at the trade fair.
Highlights: In addition to all features of the Basic and Extended packages, your company is suggested to visitors to follow, displayed at the top of the exhibitor directory, and you can reach visitors even after the fair through the updates by e-mail.

Details about the packages
Profile with logo and lead generation
Present your company or organization in an attractive profile with a short description, detailed description, your booth number, link to your website, your locations and your contact persons.
Your logo is included in your profile and in your preview tile.
Visitors can use the various contact functions to get in touch with you with just one click. Each contact generates an e-mail lead, which is saved in your lead table.
Follow profile
Visitors can follow your profile and will be displayed at the top of your profile. Your posts and events will appear in the recommendations and in the personalized updates sent to your followers by email. Tip: Actively attract new followers through profile promotion and interesting content.
Premium profile with hero image
Add an attractive hero image to your profile and make your branding and message stand out.
Premium preview tile with background image
Stand out visually. Your preview tile stands out with an additional background image in direct comparison with other exhibitors. This increases the click-through rate (CTR) and leads to more visitors.
Your Premium preview tile is displayed in a variety of places: Exhibitor directory, search results, topic pages, visitor bookmark list, etc.
Contents: Posts and events
Your posts and events are your "online exhibits", which draw the attention of the right visitors to your company and your booth.
Posts:
You can publish articles, videos or podcasts to show what visitors can experience at your booth.
You can link each post to topics and thus determine which visitors the post reaches - in different places on the platform and in the updates by e-mail.
Events:
Publicize your events taking place at the trade fair and attract the right visitors.
Featuring in the program: Your events are displayed in the program and generate additional visibility.
Lead generation: Visitors can register with one click. Each registration is recorded as an email lead and entered in your lead table.
Thanks to the networking function, you can see who is attending your event and your event will appear in the member profile of the participants.
Display of your posts and events in topic pages, personalized recommendations, overview and search
You can link each of your posts or events to a topic per topic group. This allows you to determine which visitors you want to reach. Your posts and events will be automatically displayed in a variety of places on the platform based on the interests of the visitors:
In the topic pages: Your posts and events are displayed on the linked topic pages. The better a post performs on a topic page (i.e. the more visitors interact with it), the more prominently it is displayed.
In the recommendations: Visitors can follow topics and exhibitors. Based on the topics followed and the performance of posts and events, the platform generates personalized recommendations for each visitor's visit to the trade fair.
In the overview of all posts and events: Visitors can find your posts and events using the filters.
In the search: The powerful search function suggests suitable posts and events for your search term.
Inclusion of your posts and events in the updates by e-mail to visitors
Reach the right visitors directly in their inbox! Visitors receive regular personalized updates by email based on the topics and exhibitors they follow. In these updates, your posts and events are sent by e-mail to visitors who follow the topics linked in the post or event and/or their exhibitor profile.
Featuring your posts on the start page
Increase the reach of your posts! Featured posts are prominently displayed to visitors on the start page. This leads to more impressions, views and interactions - without any additional effort.
Logo ticker on the start page
Your company is presented in the logo ticker on the start page - this increases your visibility to all visitors as soon as they visit the platform's start page.
Display of your logo in the interactive online hall plan
Your logo will be displayed in the online hall plan. This increases your visibility when preparing for the trade fair and helps visitors to find your booth quickly.
Top-of-the-list positioning in the exhibitor directory
Your profile will be displayed at the top of the list of exhibitors. This leads to extra visibility and even more visitors to your profile.
Your profile is proposed to visitors for following during registration
When registering on the platform (e.g. when purchasing tickets), visitors go through an onboarding process. As part of this onboarding, selected companies are suggested for them to follow. The personalized newsfeed keeps visitors up to date on their interests throughout the year after the trade fair. Your posts and events are displayed to the right visitors in the newsfeed. In this way, you will always be remembered and position yourself as a relevant provider in the industry.

Land in visitors' inboxes all year round!
Visitors regularly receive their personal updates by e-mail - even after the trade fair. This means that your posts and events actively reach the right people all year round.
Dashboard with real-time statistics and leads table
In your dashboard, you can track how successful your online presence is. You receive detailed statistics, a lead table and can benchmark your performance against other exhibitors.
Statistics: You will find the following statistics for each post, each event and your profile:
- Impressions: How often was the preview tile displayed to visitors?
- Views: How often do visitors click on the tile and view your posts and events?
- Bookmarks: How many visitors remember your posts and events?
- Links: How often do visitors click on links in your posts and events?
- Leads: How many visitors complete an interaction where they submit contact details to you?
- Inboxes: How many visitors have received your post via email updates?
The statistics allow you to draw valuable conclusions about which of your posts and events are well received by visitors and lead to many interactions.
Lead table: In your lead table, you will find all visitors who have carried out an interaction in which they transferred their contact data to you.
Benchmark: In the benchmarks you can compare your performance in various KPIs with the average and the 5% of exhibitors.
Lead generation via "Interested members": See who is interested in your content
The interested members are a game changer in lead generation.
With the "Interested members" feature, you can see which members (registered visitors to the online platform) have interacted with your profile and content. You can see how often each member has interacted (to qualify the interest of the lead) and when last (to understand the recency of the interest).
You will receive the information in the member profile of every member with a public profile and the company name of members without a public profile.
Use this data to:
- Get to know new leads
- Identify hot leads
- Contact leads
- Compare the data with your CRM or CDP
Posts (after the fair)
Continue to attract visitors' attention after the trade fair with posts about your products or your company.
