Who we are
Founded in 2017 in Motten (later Oberthulba), Psilkon is a globally active technology provider in the field of silicone injection moulding and component assembly – with a strong focus on medical technology and other demanding industries. Our team combines technical expertise with creative dynamism to continuously set new standards.
Our services

Product development & prototyping: From the initial idea to series production – tailor-made solutions thanks to state-of-the-art CAD, vacuum casting and rapid prototyping.

Silicone injection moulding: Efficient large and small series production, multi-component and micro injection moulding for maximum precision.

Assembly & finishing: Laser and pad printing processes, precise component assembly, clean room class 8 including CT scan-supported quality control.

Technological innovation: We continuously invest in research and new production facilities – such as a manufacturing plant with five times the capacity, which will be built in Oberthulba at the end of 2025 / beginning of 2026.
