For over 50 years, the WEFA Group has been a global leader in the development of CVD-coated extrusion tools (CED®) for the HVAC and automotive sectors.
In 2020, we expanded our portfolio to include the manufacture of medical technology components in compliance with ISO 13485. Today, WEFA MedTec, as a strategic partner for Legal Manufacturers, offers tailored solutions for manufacturing partnerships at the highest technological and regulatory standards.
Together with our long-standing partners INGWERK and FORMING, spin-offs of the Extrusion Research and Development Center at TU Berlin, we develop tailored semi-finished product solutions from established and pioneering MedTech materials, with a current focus on the production and processing of titanium, magnesium, and zinc alloys.
