Technology
Our expertise in plastic injection moulding ranges from standard thermoplastics to demanding high-temperature materials. We implement both conventional injection moulding solutions and complex processes such as insert moulding with integrated components as well as multi-component injection moulding.
Our portfolio is complemented by a wide range of surface technologies, including printing, painting and laser processing. In cooperation with Wohlrab Aufdampftechnik GmbH, we also offer high-quality finishing options for high-tech injection-moulded parts.
In our in-house mould making department, we manufacture tools ranging from master tools to serial production moulds. In addition, we provide mould base assemblies as a contract manufacturing service. All core mould making processes — from electrode manufacturing and measurement to wire and sinker EDM and complete insert machining — are also available as individual services.
Applications
Our complete solutions include moulded and injection-moulded parts in the small and micro-component range. These components are used, among other applications, in medical and surgical technology, where precision, repeatability and process reliability are essential.

Quality Assurance
Strict quality assurance is an integral part of our entire process chain. Since March 2014, we have been certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485, meeting the stringent requirements for quality management systems in medical technology.
This certification confirms our capability to manufacture surgical instruments and medical components according to customer specifications. Upon request, we are also happy to integrate your product into our existing certification scope.
