Visa application for exhibitors of MedtecLIVE
As an exhibitor, you generally do not need a letter of invitation to apply for a visa. Your stand confirmation is sufficient proof of your participation in the trade fair.
You can find out which nationalities require a visa for travel to Germany at the Federal Foreign Office.
If you still require an invitation letter for your visa application, please fill in the form that applies to you after you have received your stand confirmation:
- Exhibitors from Mainland China:
Please use the application form for invitation letters for exhibitors from Mainland China (in Chinese or English). - Exhibitors from other countries:
Please use the form in the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area in the section Travel and accommodation > Invitation letter for visa applications: application form for invitation letters for exhibitors outside China (English only)
Where can I get a visa for my participation in the exhibition?
You do not need a letter of invitation to visit the trade fair. If you need to apply for a visa, a copy of your admission ticket will be enough as proof. You can purchase this ticket in our online ticket shop.
Important note: Please always refer to the checklist / information for trade fair visitors on the website of the German embassy/consulate in your country.
