For the sensitive field medical technology we qualify our tools, systems and processes using the four-stage method (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ) in compliance with GMP standards and document our processes in detail. Our production ensures dimensional accuracy, process reliability and hygiene under adherence of the most stringent quality assurance standards. Our tools are consistently designed with minimal lubrication and dispense with hydraulic elements to the greatest degree possible to eliminate as many potential sources of contamination as possible being introduced into the process. Components are placed in clean containers, and the production machines are usually enclosed. We´re capable of producing micro-components in series with a large number of cavities. All this helps you to get your injection-moulded parts quickly and reliably in a clear-cut way.
We process all common materials, including high-temperature plastics as well as other demanding thermoplastics. Our in-house mould making departement uses automated erosion and milling machines, including a high-precision Sarix 3D micro EDM milling machine to yield the most precise contours and finest surfaces (in the µ-range). Our high-level quality assurance includes, among other things, a multi-sensor coordinate measuring machine with computer tomography sensor technology.
Of course, we are also comprehensively certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015, DIN ISO 14001:2015, DIN ISO 45001:2018 and DIN ISO 50001:2018. Certification according to DIN EN ISO 13485 „Medical Devices“ is currently in progress.
