Starting with the sterile packaging of a product, BBF supports its customers in cleaning, assembly, packaging development, and packaging implementation.
Customers also benefit from BBF's GMP certificate, manufacturing license, and ISO 13485 certificate, which allows to irradiate not only medical devices but also pharmaceuticals and clinical trial preparations.
The accredited testing laboratory offers comprehensive validation and analysis services. In addition to determining the microbial count and testing the sterility of medical devices and pharmaceuticals in accordance with ISO 11737, tests for bacterial endotoxins according to ISO 11737-3 and cytotoxicity tests in accordance with ISO 10993-5 (in vitro) can also be carried out.
