Wide range of standard motors
Actronic-Solutions offers a versatile range of different drives: highly dynamic servo motors (24 Vdc to 400 Vdc) with resolver, EnDat, Hiperface, or encoder, also available as washdown/hygienic motors up to IP69K (e.g., as stainless steel variants). This is complemented by torque motors as rotary direct drives – ideal for robotics, the printing industry, or as rotary tables with hollow shafts. Linear motors are available as kit components (forcer + magnet part) – either ironless for non-detent operation or iron-core for high force density.
The range is rounded off by flat pancake motors (DC & BLDC motors), suitable for battery-powered vehicles, aerospace, or heavy industry, as well as robust wheel hub motors (external or internal rotors with gearboxes) for outdoor use in agriculture or AGVs. BLDC and small motors (EC motors) and stepper motors – both high-torque hybrid and permanent magnet can motors – round off the portfolio. Matching servo gearboxes are also available, such as planetary or angular gearboxes, including in hygienic designs.
Flexible special and individual motor skills
Thanks to its collaboration with PMW Dynamics, Actronic-Solutions can also develop fully customized motor solutions, whether modifying existing motors or developing completely new motors based on drawings or specifications (e.g., hollow shaft, stainless steel, special winding). Geeplus BLDC motors are also available for in-house projects – flexible, energy-efficient motors in NEMA sizes (17, 23, 34) with numerous customization options (windings, encoders, flanges, insulation). Highly dynamic EC motors from Allied Motion, such as the KinetiMax series (external rotor with integrated electronics) or the ResMax series for fans and ventilators, enable special application scenarios up to extremely high speeds.
