Mechanical hinges and connecting elements
Actronic-Solutions is expanding its actuator portfolio with a selection of electromechanical components that bridge the gap between mechanics and electronics. The range includes torque hinges (friction and friction hinges) that hold moving parts securely in position—for example, in monitors or hoods—as well as latch hinges that hold defined angle positions, optionally with soft-close damping. Damping hinges, stainless steel industrial fittings and hose pinch valves are also available, the latter being particularly practical because they operate without contact with liquids.
Couplings, slip rings, and gearbox solutions
Actronic-Solutions is also expanding its range with technology for demanding applications: Wrap-around spring couplings enable force-fit torque transmission in paper transport and sorting systems. Also available are slip clutches, which protect shafts from overload, and saddle or disc brakes (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic). Industrial angle gears, planetary roller screw drives (configurable according to shaft and pitch), and slip rings—also bus signal-compatible such as EtherCAT—round out the portfolio. The range is rounded off by electromagnets (electrical and permanent magnets) and cable glands, ideal for organizing cables in the workplace.
