For implants and instruments, we primarily have titanium in our portfolio, but also cobalt-chrome and medical steel alloys. We keep an extensive stock of round rods made of Ti6Al4V ELI in diameters ranging from 1.5 mm to 50 mm. These are characterized by high precision and extremely low distortion - ideal for highly automated production, where disruptions in the process can quickly become costly.
In addition to classic distribution services with individual logistics concepts or financing services, we also offer all pre-processing services. If films, sheets or panels need to be cut to size, we can do this by shearing, sawing or water jet cutting. We also offer profile milling of rods, stress relief annealing, straightening and laser marking of various semifinished products.
